Registration
A registration form is available in both

Acrobat .pdf formats for download.
There are three easy steps to register and come to PST 2005 conference:
1. Register for the main conference (Oct. 13-Oct.14) by filling in the registration form and sending it to Wilma Gilchrist at wilma@unb.ca
- Don’t forget to choose workshops (Oct.12) that you would like to attend
and
- Sign up for social events on the registration form.
2. Arrange transportation
- Book your flight to Saint John, New Brunswick, Fredericton, New Brunswick, or Bangor, Maine (see Travel).
- Arrange transportation to St. Andrews (see Local transportation).
3. Book your accommodation at the Fairmont Algonquin hotel (see Accommodations).
Important note (for authors): to include your paper in the program as well as in the proceedings, at least one author must pay the REGISTRATION fee and present the paper at the conference. Please make sure to register by **August 8,2005 New!** in order to have your paper included.

Full payment must accompany registration. Please use only one registration form per registrant.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $100.00 administration fee will be held for cancellations received in writing prior to September 15, 2005. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Note:there will be sign up sheets at the conference
Please indicate on the registration form if you are interested in participating in one of the following activities on Saturday morning October15:
- Whale watching (approx $40, bring warm clothing)
- Golf (approx $75, includes electric cart and driving range)
