Canadian law requires that we add 13% HST (tax) to all conference registrations.

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by a regular conference registration (one registration per paper).

Regular and student registration includes access to the conference, a copy of proceedings, all coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference banquet.

Authors submitting papers longer than 8 pages (4 pages for short papers) must pay an "extra page" charge ($100 per page - 2 pages maximum).

Additional banquet tickets can be purchase for $85 per ticket.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given once fees have been processed.

Fees will be charged in Canadian dollars via a credit card. Only Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is acceptable.

Special Dietary Requirements: Please indicate any special dietary requirements on the Registration Form. Our best attempt will be made to accommodate the dietary requirement listed, if possible.

Student Registration: To qualify for the student registration fee, you must also send a photocopy of your student card or a letter from departmental administration to PST2014@easychair.org.
